LJ at Relentless Auto Group was professional, honest, and accountable throughout the entire process. He’s not one of those pushy, not hearing anything you say, typical salesman.After we finalized the paperwork on my new car and I started the hour-plus drive home, the service engine light came on. Fortunately, my son had his scanner with him, so we were able to identify the codes and immediately let LJ know what was going on.Without hesitation, LJ offered to have the vehicle checked and repaired by his mechanic or by a mechanic of my choosing, knowing that I live more than an hour away. My local shop diagnosed and fixed the issue within a week, and LJ paid for the repair. He even asked the shop to check one additional item, simply for his own peace of mind. That level of responsibility and commitment to making things right says a lot about a business and the person behind it.I truly appreciate the way LJ handled the situation. Things don't always go perfectly, but what matters is how a business responds when something unexpected happen. LJ stood behind the sale and made sure the issue was taken care of. After more than a month of searching for a good used 2 door Jeep, we ended up driving 150 miles for one we found on Marketplace. LJ was honestly awesome. Always messaged me back immediately, even when I asked for pics of the frame, so he had to crawl under it on rough gravel. And then when there was an issue with the coolant when I got home that evening, he was concerned and covered the cost for me.Totally worth the drive and I couldn't be happier with my Jeep.

RJ was great to work with. He was honest and not the least bit pushy. We had been looking for a replacement vehicle for months and my husband stumbled upon this small lot on SR 18. The lot may be small, but the selection and the service are spot on. Got my ‘new to me’ SUV and a good deal to boot. Highly recommend this dealership! The owner has been in the car business for years and genuinely knows the industry inside and out. Honest, knowledgeable, and committed to treating people right — which is hard to find these days. Great selection, fair pricing, and a no-pressure experience.
